The Purchase interface provides methods for buying VoxNumbers for your account.

getVoxnumberRegions	GET	Returns the list of regions numbers can be purchased in using search parameters
purchaseVoxNumbers	POST	Returns a list of VoxNumbers for the area_codes and quantities purchased
